Permaculture Kernow’s 11 module
certificated Permaculture design course.
“Permaculture is the design of regenerative, self-sustaining and resilient natural systems that fulfil human needs such as food, shelter, health, social, cultural and psychological needs whilst acknowledging and providing for the needs of all species within our ecosystem and caring for the Earth.” Joshua Gomez, Ecological solutions
This course promises to be quite an adventure, as we delve deeply into the life changing world of permaculture. Participants will have the opportunity discover all facets of permaculture in live online sessions and also have hands-on experience in their own offline self-study practical sessions, as they design and implement in our own home gardens.
This course will guide you through the process of designing your own permaculture landscape and lifestyle.
On top of all of this, upon completing this course, you will get the internationally recognised Permaculture Design Certificate.
- You can choose to do the whole 11 modular days course, or dip into the modules that you are most interested in.
N.B.: If you do only want to attend certain individual modules, it is necessarily that you attend Day 1 first module: An introduction to permaculture module before attending any other module sessions.
- You will only receive the permaculture design certificate once you have attended all 11 modular sessions but you can take as long as you wish to obtain the accreditation.
- Each module is a stand-alone course in its own right and can be received in any order you choose providing the introductory module 1 is completed first.
- The 10th and 11th modules are only attended once all other modules are covered.
- The live online sessions will be running every weekend day from 25th of April. You will have two chances to attend each session.
Don’t worry if you can’t make it to all the days this time round, we will be running the same course again in July and you can catch up with any of the days you missed.
But we do ask that all participants that intend to cover more than one module, to please attend the first weekend.
You need to have had a full introduction to the overall subject, before acquiring more in-depth knowledge of any of the specific subjects covered in this course.
